Had wonderful experience at Vinca Jewelry getting a diamond replaced in a 1920’s filigree ring gifted to me on my 13th birthday by my mother. They took great care to match the stone to the Art Deco ring with something that would have been used at time of fabrication (a rose cut earth mined stone instead of a modern machine made one). Even though the carat weight for that ring is quite small, no one made me feel like I was insignificant as a customer. In fact, they gave me great care and attention, and even offered a delicious cafe au lait prepared by the store owner herself, starting a new friendship and thoughts of commissioning other work with them! I’m delighted to be a new customer of this decades old family-owned business on the Plaza. I couldn’t have picked a better place!"

I started with Vinca Jewelers in the 1990s when I bought a beautiful opal ring. Tu seems to know what I want and has been very helpful in following through with my ideas. My interest have been with opals. If you want personal design, no matter what the gem is, I would definitely start with Vinca. Recently, I inherited my mother's opal ring. It had lost its luster and needed to be polished. I didn't trust any other jeweler but Vinca. I just got my ring back and it is beautiful! Thank you.

My fiancé and I came in yesterday to find an engagement ring. The clerks were so kind and inviting! Their selection is expansive and unique. We tried what felt like hundreds of designs and were offered many different types of rings from their inventory to try on. They were so patient with me which I really appreciated as I had no idea what kind of ring I wanted. Eventually, I kept being drawn to my current ring and it fit perfectly. We decided to go with Vinca for both our engagement ring and wedding bands, and we could not be happier with the result! Tu made the process very easy, she was helpful, knowledgeable about what would look good on our hands, and made sure that we loved the designs before we proceeded. Worth a stop to check out their unique pieces! They have so many one of a kind, beautiful rings. Have to see. And they SIZE your ring ON THE SPOT. Enjoyed an espresso (from their super nice machine) with the ladies, and ring was re-sized before the drink was gone! Plus the ladies are SO nice and want you to be happy. Can’t recommend more!

I was desperately trying to get a custom name necklace for my Daughter before Christmas which was a couple weeks away at the time, everyone I called told me I had to go online (which would of taken forever to get back)except Vinca Jewelry. I came in and told them what I was looking for, they assured me my order would be ready promptly and I now have my daughter's necklace which was also wrapped and boxed beautifully. Thank you ladies of Vinca for your great hospitality. And they also have BEAUTIFUL pieces ready for purchase in the store. Definitely a good choice.

I cannot recommend Vinca enough! My husband surprised me with an appointment with Tu to design a new wedding set. From the moment we walked in the experience was so special! Over glasses of wine, we talked about what my style preferences were, different settings, size and shape of diamond I liked, and then worked with me to design a truly elegant and timeless set of rings. Part of the surprise on my husband’s part was to bring in a few heirloom rings that I never wear…Tu came up with a lovely way to include some of these sentimental diamonds in my new band! I had dreamed of this very thing and never expected it to become a reality for me. Vinca literally made my dream come true!

This quaint jewelry shop is family owned and was simply perfect! I went there for a repair based on its reputation, local roots and professionalism. The staff here was first class.
